Cookies

Our websites uses cookies. Cookies are text files which are stored and saved via an Internet browser on a computer system. Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookies. It consists of a string through which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This allows the visited websites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of a person affected from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific Internet browser can be recognized and identified by the unique cookie ID. Through the use of cookies, KURO Kunststoffe GmbH can provide users of this website with more user-friendly services which would not be possible without the cookie-setting. By means of a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimized in the sense of the user. As already mentioned, cookies do allow us to recognize the users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. For example, the user of a website that uses cookies does not have to re-enter his or her access data each time the website is visited, because this is taken over from the website and the cookie stored on the user's computer system. Another example is the cookie of a shopping cart in the online shop. By means of a cookie, the online shop remembers the items that a customer has placed into the virtual shopping cart. The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of a corresponding adjustment of the Internet browser used and thus permanently contradict the setting of cookies. In addition, cookies that have already been set can be de- leted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all popular Internet browsers. If the person affected disables the setting of cookies in the used Internet browser, not all functions of our website might be fully usable.

If an affected person gets in contact via e-mail or via a contact form with the person responsible for the processing, the personal data transmitted to the controller by the affected person is automatically stored. Such personal data transmitted on a voluntary basis by an affected person is stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the persons concerned. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

If this responsible person in charge concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transferred data will be stored for the purpose of the settlement of the job, in compliance with the legal regulations. If no employment contract with the applicant is concluded, the application documents are automatically deleted two months after the notification of the cancellation decision, provided that are no other legitimate interests of the responsible person in charge. Other, legitimate interests in this sense are, for example, a duty of proof in a procedure under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

Privacy Policy for Application and use of Google Analytics (with anonymization feature)

KURO Kunststoffe GmbH has integrated the component Google Analytics (with anonymization function) onto this website. Google Analytics is a Web analysis service. Web Analysis is the acquisition, collection and evaluation of data on the behavior of visitors of websites. A Web-Analysis-Service collects, among other things, from which website an affected person has come to a particular website (so-called referrers), which sub-pages of the website were accessed or how often and for which time a sub-page was looked at. A web analysis is mainly used to optimize a website and for a cost-benefit-analysis of web-advertising. The operating company of the Google Analytics component is the Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.The responsible person for treatment uses the amendment "anonymizeIp" for the Web analysis via Google Analytics. By means of this amendment, the IP address of the Internet connection of the person affected is shortened and made anonymous by Google if access to our websites is made from a Member State of the European Union or from a contracting state of the agreement about the European Economic Area. The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze the traffic flows on ourwebsite. Google uses the collected data and information, among other things, to evaluate the use of our website in order to compile for us online reports, which show the activities on our website and enabling us to bring-up further services in relation to our website. Google Analytics sets a cookie on the information technology system of the person affected. What cookies are, has already been explained above. Setting the cookie, does allow Google to do an analysis of the use of our website. By each call to one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the person in charge for the treatment and on which a Google Analytics component has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the person affected will automatically be induced by the relevant Google Analytics component to submit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. As part of this technical process, Google is given knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address of the person concerned, which, among other things, serves Google to trace the origin of the visitors and clicks and in the subsequent do allow Commission statements. By means of the cookie, personal information, such as the access time, the place from which an access was carried out and the frequency of visits to our website by the person affected, are stored. Each time you visit our website, this personal information, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the person, is transferred to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass on this personal data collected via the technical procedure to third parties. The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website as already shown above, at any time by means of a corresponding adjustment of the used Internet Browser and thus to contradict the setting of cookies permanently. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from putting a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time through the Internet browser or other software programs. Furthermore, it is possible for the person concerned, to object to the collection of information generated by Google Analytics and to prevent them from use and processing of data taken from this website. To do this, the person concerned has to download and install a browser add-on, which can be taken by using the following link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on informs Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about website visits shall be submitted to Google Analytics. Google does consider the installation of the browser add-on as contradiction. If the affected person's information technology system is deleted, formatted, or reinstalled at a later date, the person affected must re-install the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the affected person or another person who is considered belonging to his sphere of control, ît is possible to reinstall or re-activate the browser add-on. Further information and the applicable Google Privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html. Google Analytics is explained in more detail when using this link https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/.
