What to do if goods were damaged during shipment
1. Please do not change goods and packing. Please not use or test the goods
2. Please report the damage to the transport company as described below
3. Please report the damage to company KURO
4. Please do not send the material back, without speaking to company KURO
 
Delivery If packing is damaged   If packing does not show any signs of damage, but goods are damaged   KURO needs these documents
Post Record the damage in the shipping documents and sign, ask the post office clerk to countersign.   Report the damage to the responsible post office within 24 hours. Ask the post clerk for a damage report, and show the goods in original packing.   Damage message
Parcel Service Record the damage on the shipping roll.   Report the damage to the parcel service within 24 hours. Leave the goods in original packing inclusive copy of the invoice ready for collection.   Damage message
Forwarding Agency Record the damage on the shipping documents and sign, ask the driver to countersign.   Report the damage to the forwarding agency and ask for a damage report.   Consignment note inclusive information of damage.
 
  Report the damage immediately to KURO   Report the damage within 24 hours to KURO   Without this documents a settlement of damage will be impossible
